Guildford Jazz on line presents Liz Fletcher live from the boileroom

Liz Fletcher is one of the UK’s top jazz singers. Influenced by Peggy Lee and Julie London, her style makes light of her sophisticated singing technique, and she has that all-too rare ability to really get inside a song and make it her own whilst staying true to the spirit of the original.

For this unique performance, live streamed from the heart of Guildford, Liz is joined by award winning guitarist NIGEL PRICE, internaionally renowned drummer DARREN BECKETT, and Guildford Jazz Founder and bassist Marianne Windham. “Fletcher has heart, sensitivity and subtle control – she’s the real deal”- John Fordham, The Guardian
